Rachel C. Evans is
experienced in child welfare issues and civil litigation. She served as Assistant Corporation Counsel
in the DC Child Abuse and Neglect Section (1981-1986) and Civil Litigation Section (1986-1990)
before joining the law firm of Jordan & Keys, LLP. Ms. Evans practiced as a
litigator with Jordan & Keys, LLP from 1990 - 2007 specializing in
insurance defense and later in family, probate and elder law issues. Since joining Savit & Szymkowicz, LLP, she has continued her general
practice in areas including insurance defense, probate law, elder law including guardianship
issues, and family law including child welfare and adoption. |
