Before joining Savit & Szymkowicz, LLP, Aviva Zierler served as law clerk to Hon. Paul J. Vichness, J.S.C., in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Essex County for the 2007-2008 court term. During her clerkship, Ms. Zierler served as a Certified Mediator for the State of New Jersey. As a law student, Ms. Zierler was a member of the editorial staff of the Temple International & Comparative Law Journal and worked as a student attorney at the Temple Legal Aid Office in the Family Law section. She also served as a judicial intern to Judge Aida Wasserstein in the Family Court of the State of Delaware.
